Welcome to Salk's School Library
Our library is a place where curiosity grows, imaginations soar, and the love of reading comes to life! Whether students are diving into a new adventure, researching a topic, or learning how to be safe and smart online, the library is here to support their journey.
With books, technology, and hands-on activities, students learn how to navigate the library, explore their interests, and become responsible digital citizens. Classes visit regularly, and students are also welcome to stop by on their own or in small groups to check out books or do a little exploring.
We’re here to help every student discover the joy of reading and become lifelong learners, one story at a time!

Visual Dictionary is an online picture dictionary. You can even have the words pronounced for you! -
Storyline
Storyline features videos of famous actors reading favorite children's stories. This website is part of the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists Foundation, which provides the free videos and activity guides. New story videos are added, so keep checking in. -

Checkout Policy
- Each student may check out two books at a time
- Kindergarten through 2nd grade must bring their library book bag
- Books are checked out for one week
